Regional stores manager

Strong Requirements to Candidate:

- Good verbal and written English,

- At least 3 years proven experience in management at fashion retail,

Position is open for fashion retail stores located in Phuket

Main responsibilities:

-_Ability to work control over 3 stores within designated area, _

- Drive sales to exceed financial goals

-Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplining staff at the store,

- Maintain required conversion rate (minimum 7%) at the store,

- Manages internal and external communications,

- communication with the shopping center management on all aspects regarding the proper functioning of the store,

- Prioritize workload,

- Ensure compliance to company policies,

- Ensure a friendly environment, items are in-stock, items are priced right,

- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store,

- Uses data to set priorities and translates goals into action plans,

- Consistently pushes self and others for results,

- Building High Performance Teams Clearly assigns responsibility for tasks and decisions Sets clear and measurable objectives

Strong Requirements:

Good communication in English

Proven retail management experience ( 3 years+) in fashion retail

Strong experience with team management

Ability to comply with company policies

The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling

Wage:

The anticipated salary range for this position starts at 25000 Baht and reach 32 000 Baht per month, depends of store performance.

Successful candidates will be promoted.
