We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager with expertise in Online Travel Agencies (OTA) to join our team. This role involves supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, optimizing OTA performance, and ensuring seamless customer and partner experiences.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, travel, tourism, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry.
Proven expertise in managing OTA accounts and optimizing performance.
Skills:
Proficiency in OTA platforms and tools (e.g., Extranet, Channel Managers).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with pricing strategies and revenue management concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) or Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
