 Bar
o Ensures all bar counters are set-up on time before service and according to standards.
o Supervises service in all bar areas and work hands-on in the operation when required.
o Ensures bar areas, counters and tables are clean and glasses replenished.
o Performs administrative tasks such as bar requisitions, inventories, work schedules and operating equipment control.
o Knows all beverage recipes and prepare all drink orders accordingly.
 Outlet Service
o Welcomes guests and assists in seating procedures.
o Supervises and participates in serving food & beverage according to standards.
o Knows table/seat numbering, takes orders and uses Micros system to input orders.
o Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships and actively promotes repeat business.
