Loss Prevention Supervisor position:

Qualifications :
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Loss Prevention Professional - CLPP) are a plus.
- Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing loss prevention programs and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential loss areas and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members and external partners.
- Proficiency in using loss prevention technology and surveillance systems.
- Ability to conduct investigations and interviews professionally and ethically.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of safety and compliance.
- In-depth understanding of retail operations and loss prevention best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding security and loss prevention.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information.


LP Officer
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform patrols and respond to emergencies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills for report writing and record-keeping.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
