VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies that began its activities in 2012. It includes development projects: Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas and Layan Verde, VillaCarte agency, proptech project Sabai and hotel La Green.


What tasks await you:

-Development and implementation of a sales strategy for commercial real estate for the Layan Verde project (layanverde.com).

-Active search and attraction of new clients, including international investors and local buyers.

-Managing the full sales cycle: from initial contact to closing the deal and post-sales support.

-Conducting negotiations with clients, providing professional advice on the selection of properties and investment opportunities.

-Establishing and developing long-term relationships with key partners: agents, brokers.

-Analysis of the regional real estate market, monitoring the competitive environment and trends.

-Cooperation with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns to promote properties.

-Preparing reports on sales and KPI achievement.


We expect from you:

-Experience in sales of commercial properties in Southeast Asia for at least 3 years.

-Successful experience in concluding large transactions with international clients.

-High level of communication skills, ability to negotiate at the HNWI level.

-English – fluent (not lower than C1).

-Skills in working with CRM systems and other sales automation tools.
