Responsibilities:
* Translate and assist in creating marketing materials from English to Russian and vice versa, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
* Support the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting properties and services to the Russian market.
* Assist in social media, and other key channels activities targeting the Russian-speaking audience, including content posting, sourcing of relevant communities, etc.
* Conduct research on the Russian real estate market, including trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences.
* Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support to their sales efforts.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in both Russian and English (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required
* Understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
