Umbrella project presents its first place on the island - OYU bistro with vibrant fusion menu of dishes from Europe and Central Asia. Now we are searching for the personnel to open this new place to public.
ตำแหน่ง : Waiter
• Setting tables in the service area.
• Changing tablecloths and napkins as they become dirty.
• Taking orders from visitors, helping to choose dishes and drinks.
• Guiding in terms of cooking time.
• Distributing orders by place of execution between the bartender of the establishment and the cook.
• Control over the timeliness of preparation and presentation of dishes.
• Serving dishes and drinks in time and good presentation
• Handling delivery orders
• Calculating the final order amount and full payment.
• Maintaining cleanliness.
• Decorating the hall and setting tables for festive events.
• Monthly inventory of all dishes and inventory of the bistro’s hall
The candidate must have at least one year of experience working in a restaurant industry, should fluent in English, Russian language will be a plus, be neat, tidy, punctual and friendly, have good communication skills.
Thai nationality is preferred
