ตำแหน่ง : Property Sales Executive
The Property Sales Executive at Tri Vananda is responsible for facilitating the sales of luxury residences by directly engaging with potential buyers and managing relationships with real estate agents. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Execution: Conduct property viewings, present features, and communicate the unique benefits of Tri Vananda. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Lead and Client Management: Manage and follow-up on leads, handle client inquiries, and maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients by providing top-notch service and after-sales support. Ensure a pleasant and professional client experience at every touchpoint.
• Cooperation with Agents: Coordinate effectively with real estate agents to maximize sales opportunities. Handle negotiations and manage co-brokered sales arrangements.
• Reporting and Analysis: Deliver comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Commercial Director.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Participate in networking events, webinars, and other promotional activities to attract new clients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• At least 4-5 years of work experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in high-end residential properties.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to speak Thai, Chinese, or Russian will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, management capability, and a positive, results-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with the Thai property market, foreign ownership rules, and sales processes.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Phuket, Thailand.
