On the real top of the hills, 2 x 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Villas facing the limestone of the Archipelago. The view, especially from the top bedroom is outstanding.
There is an outdoor area and a living room area but no full kitchen.
Outside, a private jacuzzi facing the sea.

On the rear of these 2 news villas will be another 2 x 1 bedroom Villa facing the tropical forrest. Almost identical to villa HongLek with a large living area and a jacuzzi on the terrace.
There are no full kitchen on both villas.
Under both villas will be a store for housekeeping usage.
With the choice of having a private jacuzzi on these 4 new villas, it has been decided to add a common 16-meter swimming pool on the back of the property so the guests could also enjoy a swim.

Next to the swimming pool, a unique Dojo for the practice of the Kyudo with 4 suites.
This is the first Dojo ever to be built in a resort in Thailand (and maybe in the world)
The Dojo itself will give different possibilities of use: obviously Kyudo for seminars and training but also the practise of the Yoga or the organisation of a event.

The 4 suites will be divided as followed:

2 suites upstairs, surrounded by the tropical forrest and with the possibility of watching Kyudo practice.
2 suites downstairs on the back of the shooting area.

Main Reception is situated close the the current 3 villas.

Next to the Dojo is the Main store and under construction are 2 offices as well as the water tank and technical room.

KEY REQUIREMENT:
• Has a keen understanding of all the inner working of a hotel and must have vast organizational and strong leadership skills.
• Highly focused, have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.
• Strong management, communication and organizational skills .
• Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks.
• High level of responsibility and accountability
• Experience with management of junior team or participation of hotel pre-opening or soft opening is preferred.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in hotel or another related field.
-Computer Knowledge, MS office. Experience in Property Management Software's.
-Previous experience within the Reservation Department of a hotel.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Anticipate all guest needs and respond promptly & accordingly
• Establish and maintain standards for staff performance and customer service
• Ensure all administration procedures are maintained to hotel and company standards
• Possess thorough knowledge of current rates and promotions and promote, upsell and cross sell at all times
• Positively contribute to all the sales activities within the hotel and maximize sales opportunities
• Anticipate clients needs and ensure that credit and billing instructions are clearly mentioned and supported
• Ensure all reservations and requests are confirmed within 24 hours
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
• Developing and Implementing strategies that will ensure a positive experience that exceeds guest’s expectations

• Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the GM daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guests feedback and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues. Minutes of the meeting to be sent to GM.
• Maintaining full knowledge of all inner working of the hotel, including room rates, hotel policies, specials, availabilities, VIP guests, hotel events and more.

• Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
• Reviewing employee behavior, appearance and performance
• Monitor the purchase / indent / requestions of Housekeeping and F&B department, the accounts receivable (collection from debtors) and the accounts payable (payable to the vendors / suppliers etc).
• Randomly inspecting the stores (F & B / Kitchen) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry etc) with the Housekeeping/Chef/Administrator
• Inspecting all department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
• Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
• Meet all staffs to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital.
• Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development
• Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
• Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assistant Reservation & Operations Manager you are responsible to promote a professional image to the client with an effective communication on all reservation related matters to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, whereby your role and should have an excellent level of commercial awareness, who can build and maintain relationships with internal and external guests. Also responsible for highlighting short/medium/long-term issues to the General Manger and to help formulate solutions
