Job Title: Construction & Facility Engineer
Location: Onsite (Phuket/Samui)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Construction & Maintenance

Responsibilities
- Assist the Construction Manager in tracking progress on-site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Work with designers and the Operations team to keep things on track.
- Oversee/monitor construction to ensure it’s completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Guide and support contractors and team members.
- Manage tasks and instructions for subcontractors.
Keep construction documents organized and up to date.
- Handle general maintenance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction, with basic knowledge of M&E systems and interior & exterior decorations.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in construction.
- Good people skills and a team-player mindset.
- Comfortable working flexible hours and able to travel around the city.
- Can read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.
- Know how to check the quality of construction equipment.
- Basic English communication skills and fluency in Thai.
- Have a driver’s license and your own car/motorbike.
