Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Admin/Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in achieving their goals by coordinating guest experiences and fostering interest in our unique offerings. This role will involve working closely with potential clients, particularly guests staying at our sister property, Trisara, to encourage visits to Tri Vananda for an exclusive experience.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Guest Coordination:
- Identify and engage with interested guests at Trisara to schedule visits to Tri Vananda.
- Assist in arranging farm tours, culinary experiences at Jampa, and introductions to the Clinique La Prairie wellness center and residences.
2. Sales Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
- Handle inquiries and follow-up communications with potential clients promptly and professionally.
3. Event Coordination:
- Support in organizing on-site experiences, such as picnics, wellness demonstrations, and property tours.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of guest visits and activities.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and potential leads in the CRM system.
- Generate reports to track engagement and conversion metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, guest relations, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with the luxury hospitality or wellness industry is a plus.
