Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
• Create and execute a diverse menu that includes Thai and Western cuisines while incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for Thai and Western cuisine.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and motivated to grow within the company.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
