ตำแหน่ง : Head Chef
• 8-10 years experience in a similar position.
Job Skills:
• Excellent cooking skills
• Able to create and elaborate new dishes
• Ability to manage a team of 25-30 Chefs
• Able to handle services of 200-300 a la carte covers
• Test mise and place with the various kitchen teams to ensure the quality is respected
• Provide training to the team
• Ensure hygiene is respected throughout the kitchen
• Reasonable English language skills
• Previous experience in stand-alone restaurant preferred
