หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
หน้าที่ของบาริสต้า:
ชงและเสิร์ฟเครื่องดื่มร้อนและเย็น รวมถึงกาแฟ ชา และเครื่องดื่มพิเศษ
ดูแลรักษาและทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ชงกาแฟให้พร้อมใช้งานเสมอ
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเมนูเครื่องดื่มและสามารถแนะนำเครื่องดื่มตามความต้องการของลูกค้าได้
ตรวจสอบและควบคุมสต็อกวัตถุดิบ เช่น เมล็ดกาแฟ นม และส่วนผสมอื่น ๆ
หน้าที่ของพนักงานดูแลร้าน / พนักงานเสิร์ฟ:
ต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างเป็นมิตรและสุภาพ
รับออเดอร์และเสิร์ฟอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้กับลูกค้า
จัดการธุรกรรมทางการเงิน ใช้ระบบ POS และบันทึกยอดขายอย่างถูกต้อง
ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของร้าน รวมถึงโซนที่นั่งของลูกค้า

คุณสมบัติ:
มีประสบการณ์เป็นบาริสต้า พนักงานเสิร์ฟ หรือพนักงานขายหน้าร้าน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista & Shopkeeper/Waiter to join our team at Phuket Co-Working Space & YouTube Studio in Koh Kaew (Behind IKEA). This is a dual-role position where you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, serving customers, and managing shop operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Ensure coffee and brewing equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.

Shopkeeper/Waiter Duties:

Greet and assist customers, ensuring excellent customer service.

Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely manner.

Handle cash and card transactions, operate the POS system, and maintain accurate records.

Keep the shop and dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Arrange and display products attractively to maximize sales.

Assist in stock management, including receiving and organizing deliveries.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a barista, waiter, or retail shopkeeper is preferred.

Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques is an advantage.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks.
