รายละเอียด

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5+ years in OTA management, tour operations, or travel industry.

Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Viator, Get YourGuide, etc.).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in travel technology and booking systems.

Leadership skills to manage a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Knowledge of travel regulations, licensing, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with in Thailand OTAs and tour suppliers.

Multilingual skills are a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule:
Hybrid or on-site, depending on company policy.

May require occasional travel to inspect tours and meet partners.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
