Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Cooking:
Assist in preparing ingredients (chopping, peeling, marinating, etc.) as per recipes and instructions.

Cook and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.

Support senior chefs in various sections of the kitchen (grill, pastry, cold kitchen, etc.).

Ensure proper portioning and plating of dishes before serving.

Kitchen Operations & Hygiene:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstation.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).

Store ingredients and raw materials properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.

Assist in stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing food waste.

Collaboration & Learning:
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.

Learn and develop cooking techniques, improving culinary skills under senior chefs’ guidance.

Adapt to kitchen needs and help in different sections as required.
