รายละเอียด

- A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in interior design with demonstrated expertise across residential, retail, F&B, and office projects.
- Proven experience designing luxury properties, preferably including marine-adjacent or resort developments.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and strong visualization capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in design and rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and accessibility requirements in Thailand.
- Experience working within construction teams and managing the implementation of design projects.
