Looking for a Digital Marketer to manage marketing for 3 companies with different business types, taking full responsibility for all marketing activities.

**Job Description**
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the digital marketing efforts for our three companies. You will develop and implement online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, create and optimize digital strategies, analyze performance data, and drive customer engagement. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the overall growth of our brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to promote the products and services of our three companies.
- Create engaging and impactful marketing content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage branding.
- Manage and enhance external communication (both online and offline) using various tools to strengthen the brand image, increase awareness, and achieve brand goals.
- Plan and manage events, including theme development and organization.
- Coordinate with agencies to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Promote new products and promotions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms (IG, Facebook, TikTok, Line, WhatsApp, etc.), and the ability to create creative content.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics software.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to develop and execute media communication strategies, including digital media and event marketing.
- Skills in graphic design, photoshoots, and video production.
- Strong presentation skills and expertise in brand storytelling.
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.

ในตำแหน่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการตลาด คุณจะมีบทบาทสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการตลาดดิจิทัลของบริษัททั้ง 3 แห่งของเรา ดำเนินการพัฒนาและดำเนินการแคมเปญการตลาดออนไลน์บนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ สร้างและปรับกลยุทธ์ดิจิทัล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงาน และกระตุ้นการมีส่วนร่วมของลูกค้า คุณจะมีโอกาสทำงานในโครงการหลากหลาย และมีส่วนร่วมในการเติบโตโดยรวมของแบรนด์ของเรา
**ความรับผิดชอบหลัก**
• พัฒนาและดำเนินการแคมเปญการตลาดดิจิทัลที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัททั้ง 3 แห่ง
• สร้างเนื้อหาการตลาดที่น่าสนใจและมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานของแคมเปญเพื่อระบุจุดที่สามารถปรับปรุงได้
• การบริหารจัดการแบรนด์
• จัดการและพัฒนาการสื่อสารภายนอก (ออนไลน์และออฟไลน์) โดยใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆ เพื่อเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ เพิ่มการรับรู้ และบรรลุเป้าหมายของแบรนด์
• วางแผนและจัดการกิจกรรมต่างๆ รวมถึงการพัฒนาธีมและดำเนินการจัดการต่างๆ
• ประสานงานกับเอเจนซี่ในการดำเนินการแคมเปญการตลาดในช่องทางต่างๆ
• การโปรโมทสินค้าใหม่และโปรโมชั่น
**ทักษะและคุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ**
• ปริญญาตรีด้านการตลาด, การสื่อสาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ในการทำการตลาดดิจิทัล 2-3 ปี โดยมีความเข้าใจในแพลตฟอร์มสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (IG, Facebook, TikTok, Line, WhatsApp ฯลฯ) และสามารถสร้างเนื้อหาที่สร้างสรรค์ได้
• ความชำนาญในการใช้เครื่องมือการตลาดดิจิทัลและซอฟต์แวร์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
• มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ Google Ads, Facebook Ads และแพลตฟอร์มโฆษณาที่จ่ายเงินอื่นๆ
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
• สามารถทำงานได้ทั้งอย่างอิสระและเป็นทีม มีความรับผิดชอบ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การสื่อสาร รวมถึงสื่อดิจิทัลและกิจกรรมการตลาด
• ทักษะการออกแบบกราฟิก, การถ่ายภาพ และการผลิตวิดีโอ
• ทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดีเยี่ยมและเชี่ยวชาญในการเล่าเรื่องของแบรนด์
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการตลาดผ่านอีเมลและแพลตฟอร์มอัตโนมัติ
• ความละเอียดรอบคอบ และทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา
• ความสนใจในการติดตามแนวโน้มล่าสุดในด้านการตลาดดิจิตัล
