Company: Green Harmony Ltd. – A private B2B online platform connecting farms and stores in the agricultural and cannabis markets. We seek a skilled Team Leader to drive platform growth and oversee strategic management.

■ Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to promote platform growth.

• Team Management: Lead the team to achieve KPIs and ensure smooth operations.

• Business Development: Identify and build new partnerships with farms, stores, and investors.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive profitability.

• Marketing and PR: Promote the platform, enhance the brand, and engage in industry events.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.

• Internal Communication: Maintain effective communication across all departments and leadership.

• Logistics Management: Oversee logistics and delivery operations.

• Laboratory Operations: Ensure the laboratory adheres to company regulations.

■ Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Thai
• Experience in B2B, agrotechnology, e-commerce, or the cannabis industry (preferred)
• Prior team management experience is an advantage

■ Skills:
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
• Financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning experience
• Proactive, resilient under pressure, and excellent communicator
• Knowledge of agriculture and cannabis markets (preferred but not required)
