Job Summary:
This role focuses on managing and growing the wholesale segment for the pre-opening Tribe Phuket Patong. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing strategic wholesale partnerships, managing contract negotiations, and maximizing room night production through effective collaboration with travel trade partners.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Developing relationships with travel agents and tour operators
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Executing and renewing wholesale contracts
• Monitoring performance and reporting on sales KPIs
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in wholesale sales or business development within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• In-depth understanding of Phuket’s wholesale travel market
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a pre-opening environment
