Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the spa and wellness center, ensuring high service standards
- Develop and implement wellness programs and spa menus that align with the resort’s philosophy
- Manage a team of therapists and wellness practitioners with a focus on training and development
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the spa experience
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness across the guest journey
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and scheduling efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa or wellness management within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of spa therapies, wellness trends, and holistic practices
- Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Passion for sustainability, well-being, and personalized guest service
