You are responsible to support the hostel
strategy across the operational departments
under the leadership of the Hostel Manager.
Ensure all activities relevant to the guest
contact points such as check in / out, rooming
of all Hostel guests, assisting in their quest for
information on our neighbourhood & the
destination we are in is executed every day by
the hostel team. You & your team must multitask in to our food & beverage outlets, and
lead activity programs with our guests. You
are a Scout Leader, a Senior Guide and a
senior leader of our Neighbourhood. You will
help guests connect to other guests using our
various concepts in the common areas.
Support the day-to-day operation and
interaction with the corporate team will also
ensure the ultimate success of the operation.
