FUNCTION: RESTAURANT TRAINING SUPPORT
LOCATION: ISLAND BAGELS (THAILAND)
As a Supervisor-Trainer you need to embrace the company’s core values. Respect Everyone, Values
Feedback, and Exceeds Expectations. The Bar Supervisor Trainer meets and exceeds the knowledge,
skills, and competencies within their area of expertise. The Supervisor-Trainer is a leader, influencing
new and current employees through their attention to detail, high customer service focus, positive
attitude, and desire to meet all standards. A Supervisor-Trainer is known as a teacher and builds
relationships with future and current teammates so that coaching efforts are received in a positive,
developmental manner.
As a Supervisor-Trainer they are expected to arrive on time and exceed all image and uniform
standards. A Supervisor- Trainer may be called upon by management and by Lead Trainers to assist
in training administration or leadership within their restaurant. The Supervisor-Trainer is a liaison for
communication of training and general day to day successes or struggles between hourly employees,
management teams and Lead Trainers. As a Supervisor-Trainer, they are looked at first for
promotional events, new store openings and can be developed into an Lead Trainer.
