• Work closely with partners to ensure RIB Thai entity set up and daily Financial/Accounting/Admin/HR functions operation.
• Help to prepare all the documentations.
• Interpret organization’s policy to ensure that all policies are adhered to local office.
• Prepare bookkeeping, daily volume of A/R and A/P.
• Processing daily financial operations, includes suppliers’ payment, staff claims, government remittances.
• Liaise with banks, tax authority and government authorities to maintain a healthy company status according to the local law and rules.
• Ensure that collections are received with all appropriate documents necessary for monitoring and updating of accounting database.
• Compliance with the local tax policy and licenses requirement,
• Payroll and social welfare computation.
• Control cost with effective cost management, rolling budgeting and cost forecast.
• Monitor and update necessary reports complying with IFRS and local accounting standard on a timely basis.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by APAC headquarter.
Qualification & Experience
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in finance/accounting related major.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field. CPA/CA/ACCA certification is preferred.
• Problem solver and could handle multi-tasks independently.
• Good understanding and act quick.
• Good communication skill in English, both spoken & written
• Comfortable to work in global organization.
• Candidate with start-up working experience is a plus.
