Job Description:
- Conducts research concerning trends, market, networks and prospection for the development of target market for evaluates customer needs
- Responsible for finding and engaging with new agents, OTA, new direct and indirect sales channels.
- Give product information, contract details and prepare the contracts and ensuring the good signature of the contractual documents.
- Ensures a good transmission of the required information between the agents and the office teams, to maintain a smooth and efficient relationship throughout the whole process (booking, client's management, billing process, cancellation process, troubleshooting)
- Responsible to track and get back the payment of his bookings and billing activities.
- Collects feedback from his client and agents to enable continuous improvement of products and sales processes.
- Participates to the life of the office and helps the booking team if needed.
- Coordinate with other departments and manager


Skills and Qualities:
- Thai Nationality Only
- Good command of English (Listening, Spoken, Read and Written), 3rd languages must be advantages.
- Proven experience in Sales for excursions and tourism at least 1 year (in yachting is a plus but not mandatory)
- Thorough understanding of sales, marketing and negotiating techniques
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Have own car with Thai driving license
- Flexible and available even after working hours to answer call, reply email and take booking inquiries.
- Outgoing, smiling and positive personality.


Work Conditions:
- Full Time (9h/ day) - 1 Day off/ week
- Location of the office - Chalong Phuket
- Fix Salary depending on experience
