Manage all items, prices, and promotions across all online sale channels (Aggregators)
Monitoring and analyzing online sales for smooth operation.
Checking Daily all online/offline products, descriptions, and photos.

Checking and reporting daily/weekly customer reviews from all online sale channels (aggregators) and notifying admins/branches.
Visit branches on a weekly basis and physically inspect aggregator machines
Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly online sales reports for the management.
Monitoring other competitors products, prices and promotions and report to management
Providing phone and email customer support to customers (if needed)
Support & co-ordinate with clients, riders, restaurant partners and branch admins
Dealing with aggregator officers for any issues

ติดตามและวิเคราะห์การขายออนไลน์ให้การทำงานราบรื่น
ตรวจสอบสินค้า คำอธิบาย และรูปภาพออนไลน์/ออฟไลน์ทั้งหมดทุกวัน

ตรวจสอบและรายงานรีวิวลูกค้ารายวัน/รายสัปดาห์จากทุกช่องทางการขายออนไลน์ (รวบรวม) และแจ้งแอดมิน/สาขา
เยี่ยมชมสาขาเป็นประจำทุกสัปดาห์และตรวจสอบเครื่องรวบรวม
จัดทำรายงานการขายออนไลน์รายวัน รายสัปดาห์ หรือรายเดือนสำหรับผู้บริหาร
ติดตามสินค้า ราคา และโปรโมชั่นของคู่แข่งรายอื่น และรายงานผู้บริหาร
ให้การสนับสนุนลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมลแก่ลูกค้า (หากจำเป็น)
สนับสนุนและประสานงานกับลูกค้า พนักงานขับรถ หุ้นส่วนร้านอาหาร และผู้ดูแลสาขา
การติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่รวบรวมสำหรับปัญหาใด ๆ
