Position : Bellman
Be a key part of our guest experience team as a Bellman at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach. We are looking for a courteous and attentive individual to assist guests with luggage, provide information about the hotel's amenities, and contribute to creating a positive and memorable stay. If you have a friendly demeanor, strong customer service skills, and enjoy working in a customer-centric environment, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bellman or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle guest requests and provide assistance with a smile.
- Physical ability to lift and transport luggage.
