6 working hours - 15,000 THB per month.
8 working hours - 20,000 THB per month.
Generous Commission: Earn a 5% commission from the company's profit on transactions you facilitate.
Bonus Rewards: Secure a 1,000 THB bonus for every confirmed initial tour appointment with a client, plus an extra bonus for achieving a target of 5 confirmed tour appointments.
Preferred Locations:
We are specifically looking for Promoters to represent us in Central Floresta and Robinson Chalong shopping malls. These prime locations are where you'll engage with the community, drawing potential clients into our exciting real estate world.

Your Role Involves:

Client Engagement: Use your charisma to attract potential clients and introduce them to our exclusive property listings.
Tour Coordination: Arrange and guide property tours, showcasing the unique selling points of our real estate offerings.
Sales Goals: Aim to meet or exceed your sales targets, directly contributing to the agency’s achievements.
Brand Representation: Be the enthusiastic face of MC17, upholding our values and making a lasting positive impression.

What We Seek:

Strong communication and people skills.
Self-driven with the capability to operate independently.
Prior experience in sales or marketing is advantageous, yet not mandatory.
Proficiency in English and Thai; multilingual abilities are a plus.
A deep-seated passion for real estate and delivering superior client service.
