About Us:
We're creators of distinctive villa projects in Chalong and Kata, and our mission is to redefine luxury living. With two new villa projects on the horizon, we need a driven and resourceful professional to enhance our Sales Manager's efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Sales Manager to design and execute top-tier advertising and marketing strategies.
Develop engaging presentations to attract buyers and collaborate with agencies.
Forge and nurture partnerships with potential agencies.
Handle inquiries, coordinate viewings, and facilitate sales transactions.
Keep a meticulous record of leads and client interactions.
Deliver unparalleled customer service throughout the purchasing experience.

Work Schedule:

Who We Seek:

Experience in real estate sales is valued but not mandatory.
Fluency in English and Thai.
Organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail.
