Sale Representative (Rus/ Chinese/Eng - speaker)
Location: Island Collection Project
Khoktanode soi 3, Layan Area.
Working time: 09.00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m. (6 days per week: Mon-Sat)

Join our team as a Sales Representative with expertise in real estate and proficiency in the Russian language! We are offering a competitive salary of ฿40,000 per month, plus commission, and an immediate start date for the right candidate.

*Responsibilities:
Utilize your real estate knowledge to promote properties and secure sales
Interact with clients fluently in Russian to understand their needs and showcase available properties
Negotiate sales contracts effectively to close deals
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

*Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sales Representative in the real estate sector
Fluent in Russian both spoken and written
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently yet collaborate effectively within a team
