Position : Cluster Sales Manager
-wholesale.
-MICE market.
-Keeping the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, corporate accounts, government close deals, and increasing revenue by cold calling, on-site visits, and community networking.
-Demonstrating expertise in driving sales process from planning to closure, with consistent performance tracking and review.
-Supporting in preparing the department budget as well as the hotel's overall sales goals and strategy.
-Participating in the development and implementation of marketing plans and action plans, giving input to the development of special promotions or packages, and developing ideas to build occupancy.
-Providing and presenting sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to forecast future goals more accurately.
