Position : Cluster Reservation Officer
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer-service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
• Data entry experience.
• Flexible working hours.
