Position : Resort Host
This is a full-time on-site role as a Resort Host at Banyan Tree Phuket located in Phuket. As a Resort Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, providing information and recommendations about resort facilities and local attractions, coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
Qualifications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluency in English and the local language
-Strong customer service orientation
-Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
