Position : Service Runner - Temporary
This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Runner at Banyan Tree Phuket in Phuket. The Service Runner will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with their needs, delivering items to guest rooms, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. The Service Runner will also coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
