Position : Resident Manager
Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
Resolves client’s problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Liaise and look after the interest of the clients.
Enhance the wellbeing and development of staff.
Improve the adoption of appropriate technology.
Assist with the establishment of standards of service.
Build & maintain relationships with clients & service providers.
Maintain an appropriate level of community public affairs involvement.
Other duties may be assigned.
