Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Spoken and Written English
5 years in property management or related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power point)
Duties:
Overseeing 7 villas in a premier Phuket villa estate
Coordinating in villa service teams with estate maintenance teams
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Preparing monthly schedules for maintenance and cleaning teams
Sourcing quotations from suppliers when needed
Communicating with owners
Salary between 28,000 and 34,000 depending on experience
Private health insurance
End of year bonus
Working week is 5 days
