Position : Project Manager (Engineer)
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent.
b. Years of Experience:
-Minimum 5-years of relevant construction or real estate development experience and worked for a Main Contractor or Developer.
c. Interpersonal skills:
- Must be a team player who can coordinate with fellow team members and be able to coordinate and work with other inter-departmental teams.
- Must be able to effectively motivate team members.
d. Communication skills:
- Must be able to speak, read and write Thai & English.
- Must be able to clearly convey specific goals and milestones that the team must achieve.
e. English ability:
- Must be reasonably proficient in all forms of English language.
f. Other language ability:
- Must be proficient in all forms of Thai language.
g. Other special requirement skills:
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Must be proficient with MS Project scheduling software.
- Should be proficient with AutoCAD or equivalent.
