MIXOLOGIST / BARTENDER / WAITER / WAITRESS
Responsibilities
• Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, all liquor brands, garnishes, contents, preparation methods/time, portion size, presentation and price / Developing new cocktail recipes.
• Monitors and manages the ordering of wine, spirits, bar tools and equipment / Maintain beverage inventories.
• Develop and update cocktail menus in line with latest industry trends / Analyze alcoholic beverage business.
• Have passion to experiment in mixing new drinks / Creates innovative drink concepts for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure outlets meet all company standards, requirements, policies and regulations.
• Provides prompt, courteous service to guests and employees while maintaining a friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the bar.
• Knowledgeable on hygiene issues / Have a complete understanding of all applicable laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of the industry
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Friendly personalities and good customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Creativity and ability to come up with new drink recipes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

WAITER / WAITRESS :
Responsibilities
• Continuously engage and assist with team and provide feedback to team and managers to ensure a positive team environment
• Assist as needed with any training or feedback of new employees
• Be passionate and proud of the products and services delivered
• Support the Barista and Bartender position.
• Always act with integrity and knowledge that reflects Our Core Values
• Consistently and genuinely engage with guests in a timely manner and work to anticipate their needs based on verbal and nonverbal cues.
• Execute all functions in a timely and consistent manner.
• Actively maintain restaurant cleanliness and display appearances to ADRIFT standards
• Follows and maintains cash handling, health & and sanitation and safety & security procedures.
• Continuously participate in all training and/or activities to further knowledge, understanding and mastery of products, services
• Always report incidents of any nature to management (safety & security hazards, accidents, operational inconsistencies, etc.)

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• At least 1 year experience as a food service
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Able to work in a team environment
