Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant (Chinese Speaking)

Location: Phuket, Thailand

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant who is fluent in Chinese to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential Chinese clients interested in purchasing villas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, providing personalized assistance and support throughout the buying process.

Conduct presentations and property tours for prospective buyers.

Utilize social media and other digital platforms popular in China (e.g., WeChat, Weibo) to engage with potential buyers.

Sales Administration:
Prepare and manage sales agreements, and other documentation for Chinese clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems: HubSpot (training will be provided).

Customer Service:
Address inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns from Chinese clients in a timely and professional manner.

Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition for clients after purchase.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant in Thailand or a relevant role.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of the local property market and legal regulations.
Customer-focused approach with a strong ethical mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.

Job Detail

SKHAI is seeking an experienced MEP engineer with an established portfolio to work on its villa development projects from our Phuket offices. Successful candidates are proficient in technical drawings and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Engineering Designs and Calculations for Grading, Roadways, Drainage, Water Distribution Systems, Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems, Electrical Systems, Pumping Systems, HVAC Systems, and Fire Detection and Suppression Systems in compliance to all local and international codes and guidelines.
Prepare Tender & Construction Drawings along with Engineering Design Plans.
Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions to aid in corrective works for all Civil Engineering issues.
Execute periodic site assessments to monitor quality and compliance for Engineering works being executed.
Provide oversight for the installation and commissioning of MEP works.
Provide Engineering inputs to aid in Value Engineering.
Preparation of Engineering Technical Specifications for all Civil and MEP Projects.
Prepare, Scopes, Design Criteria, Employers Requirements and Terms of Reference for projects being executed by the CCL.
Sign permission drawings.
Prepare a submit reports, memoranda, committee notes, tender evaluation reports, monthly reports and all other required correspondence.
Execute Tender Evaluations and prepare Tender Evaluation Reports.
Liaises with internal and external stakeholders; as required.
Performs any other related duties and responsibilities consistent with the job title/position.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree degree in relevant field.
Have an Associate MEP Engineering License.
Minimum 5 years experience in MEP engineering.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Proficiency in Autocad mandatory.
Business proficient in Thai, written and spoken. English is a plus. Good communication skills.
Proficient in Thai building regulations.
Energetic, creative, and quick thinker, persistent and well-organized.
