Listing Agent / Officer

Role Overview: Manage property listings for Century 21 Villa Phuket, ensuring they attract potential buyers and are accurate.

* Work Location: PTT Pa Sak (Office) *
** Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 THB/month **

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Comfortable working in the office and occasionally outside
✅ Able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
✅ Holds a valid motorcycle or car driver’s license
✅ Basic to intermediate English reading and writing skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
✅ Basic knowledge of image editing software
✅ Able to take basic photos of properties (training available if needed)
✅ Willing to learn and open to feedback
✅ Responsible, detail-oriented, and punctual
✅ Prior experience in real estate or listings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and manage property listings
• Collect and upload property data to the company’s website and social media platforms
• Edit photos for online listings
• Occasionally visit properties to take photos/videos (fuel allowance provided)
