Showing/Field Agent

Role Overview: Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers, providing key information and ensuring a smooth viewing experience. Earn more than 100,000 THB with a high commission structure.

**We're Hiring: Real Estate Agent (Sales/Showing Agent/Field Agent)**

*Work Location: PTT Pa Sak (Office)

*Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 THB/month (excluding commission)

Our company is looking for enthusiastic and driven sales agents who are eager to grow and succeed in the real estate industry. There’s no income ceiling — the more you achieve, the more you earn!

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Can provide excellent real estate consultation
✅ Enjoys both office work and going on-site, and is good with paperwork
✅ Has a valid motorcycle or car driver’s license
✅ Can read and write basic to intermediate English
✅ Can use computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
✅ Has some basic photo editing skills
✅ Can take basic photos of houses or condos (we can train you if needed)
✅ Is eager to learn and open to feedback
✅ Is responsible, detail-oriented, and punctual
✅ Has a solid understanding of the real estate industry
✅Prior experience in real estate is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact and coordinate with clients, and close sales
• Collect and present property information that matches client needs
• Conduct property tours with clients when needed
• Occasionally visit properties to take photos/videos (fuel allowance provided)
