Position : Showing/Field Agent
Role Overview: Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers, providing key information and ensuring a smooth viewing experience. Earn more than 100,000 THB with a high commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property showings, highlighting key features.
• Address buyer questions and concerns during showings.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers.
• Follow up after showings to gather feedback and answer additional questions.
• Coordinate with listing agents and property owners to arrange showings.
• Document client interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in real estate or sales is a plus.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
