444 Consultants Co., Ltd. is seeking a skilled and accomplished IT Manager to join our esteemed team.
This position is based in Phuket.

As an IT Manager, you will report to your direct supervisor, the COO (Chief Operation Officer)

* Responsibilities *

Strategic Planning and Leadership
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the agency and client’s goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership in IT development, setting the vision and direction for software and application projects.

Software and Application Development
• Personally oversee and execute the design, development and deployment of software and application tailored to client needs.
• Ensure the creation of high-quality, scalable and reliable software and application solutions that enhance the operations.

Project Management
• Manage and coordinate multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines, coordinating with other departments as necessary.

Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure all software and applications meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practice in software development and data security.

Outsourcing Management
• Select and manage outsourcing partners, ensuring they meet the required standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables with outsourced teams, ensuring seamless integration with internal processes.

Technology Evaluation and Implementation
• Lead the implementation of new technologies and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Collaboration and Communication
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between the IT development efforts and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation
• Develop and manage the project development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Allocate resources effectively to support current projects and plan for future needs, including managing costs related to outsourcing.

Risk Management and Troubleshooting
• Identify potential risks in the development process and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of software issues.

Continuous Improvement
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development process, encouraging innovation and adoption of best practices.
• Regularly review and refine development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging internal and outsourced capabilities.


*Other scope-related tasks as assigned by management.

* Qualifications *

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software and application development.
• Proficient in development tools and technologies, including but not limited to JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage outsourcing partners and ensure effective collaboration.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT development efforts with broader business goals.
• Fluent communication, bot verbal and written in Thai and English.
