444 Consultants is seeking a skilled and accomplished Cluster Marketing Manager (Food & Beverage) to join our esteemed team. This position is based in Phuket.

The Cluster Marketing Manager for the Food & Beverage sector at 444 Consultants is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand presence, driving business growth, and ensuring
customer satisfaction across multiple food and beverage business units. The role requires a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of F&B marketing, digital marketing trends, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, reporting to business unit specific Marketing Managers with your direct
supervisor, the Asst DIR Digital Marketing and the Group Marketing Director.

** Responsibilities **
Strategic Planning & Execution
 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the F&B brands' business goals.
 Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
 Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, analytics) to create integrated marketing plans that include SEO, SEM,
social media, email, and content marketing.
 Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall individual F&B
brands' objectives.
Brand Management
 Maintain and enhance brand identity and consistency across all marketing channels, reinforcing the unique selling points
(USPs) of the F&B brands.
 Oversee creative content development that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand visibility.
 Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the F&B brands' values across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Campaign Management & Optimization
 Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet set
performance targets.
 Continuously analyze campaign performance, working with specialists to implement optimization strategies to improve
results.
 Provide regular updates and reports on campaign effectiveness and budget utilization to senior management.
Business Unit Head & Stakeholder Management
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key business unit leaders and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on
marketing strategies and campaigns.
 Serve as the main point of contact for F&B brand inquiries, providing timely feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
 Conduct periodic strategy reviews with stakeholders to assess campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
Budget Management
 Develop and manage the marketing budget for each campaign, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
 Monitor budget utilization and adjust strategies to optimize return on investment (ROI).
Industry Collaboration & Partnerships
 Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
 Identify and negotiate collaboration opportunities that drive brand growth and reputation.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in the Food & Beverage industry.
 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and
Google Analytics.
 Strong understanding of food and beverage trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive dynamics within the industry in
Thailand.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and
internal teams.
 Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
 Excellent command of English and Thai is a must.

As a Graphic Designer, on an operational level you will report to business unit specific Marketing Managers with your direct supervisor, the Asst DIR Digital Marketing and the Group Marketing Director.

** Responsibilities **

Creative Support
 Support the creative thinking and strategy process for pitches, proposals, and production.
 Provide input and ideas to enhance the overall creative direction for business unit projects.
Graphic Production
 Produce various design elements, including logos, banner ads, social media graphics, and presentation decks.
 Ensure all design deliverables align with business unit objectives and the agency's creative standards.
Production Workflow
 Assist with production workflows, output, resources, and traffic to meet project deadlines.
 Directly project manage large creative projects, ensuring brand and creative alignment.
Art Direction and Mood References
 Provide art direction and mood references for pitches and projects, contributing to the overall creative direction.
 Collaborate on internal marketing, case studies, and R&D projects.
Multimedia Collaboration
 Collaborate with multimedia teams for film, video, and photography production.
 Contribute creatively to multimedia projects, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing outcome.
Digital Asset Management
 Manage the business unit and company digital asset library, encouraging reuse and efficient production.
 Produce general and digital-specific branding, CI, and other business unit brand assets as required.
Implementation of Standards
 Assist in implementing production and design standards, best practices, guidelines, and processes.
 Collaborate with management to create and refine studio briefing procedures and documents.
Project Coordination
 Attend daily production stand-ups, create task lists, and chase lists with the team.
 Lead ongoing ideation and creative review sessions, continuously improving work standards and quality.
Presentation Skills:
 Present work confidently, clearly explaining the creative rationale behind designs.
 Prepare presentations showcasing the agency's work to its full potential.
Collaboration and Feedback:
 Collaborate with teammates on design projects, actively participating in discussions and sharing insights.
 Use feedback from other team members to improve and refine design work continually.
Quality Assurance
 Reduce revisions and rework incidents through rigorous quality assurance on all production work.

** Qualifications **

 Familiarity with other relevant design and multimedia tools.
 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.
 Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative ideas.
