Position : Guest Service Agent Supervisor (GSA.)
- Greet and welcome the guests upon their arrival and departure and ensure that proper services are given for any inquiries, check in and check out.
- Check all arrival and departure list, especially rooms for VIPs.
- To follow instructions, procedures which applied in the front desk and must be keen on what is happening in the hotel.
- Handle any requests on room change and notify to all departments concerned.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their Front Office Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related discipline.
- At least 1 years experiences in the same position,or in a similar position.
- Thai and English language skills. (B1, B2).
- Ability to perform clerical duties.
- Strong administration skills.
- Proficiency in word processing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required. Interacts mainly with colleagues.
- Easily approachable with an outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Good atteitude and be able to work with team.
