Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Handle with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
- Occasionally Assist guests with their luggage, be a point of contact for our guests, valet park guests’ cars and other responsibilities to ensure all requirements are met during our guests stay.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication.
- Report any suspicious persons, activities and/or hazardous conditions to the Security department and/or the Front Office Manager.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their Front Office Manager.

Qualifications:
- Male
- At least 1 years experiences in the same position,or in a similar position.
- Thai and English language skills. (B1, B2).
- Ability to perform clerical duties.
- Strong administration skills.
- Proficiency in word processing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required. Interacts mainly with colleagues.
- Easily approachable with an outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Good atteitude and be able to work with team.
