Position : Sales Manager (English)
- Qualifying leads using Zoho CRM;
- Outgoing calls (with a script);
- Working with agents - process inquiries, client registration, scheduling appointments, concluding agency agreements;
- Conducting negotiations with clients in the project showroom;
- Updating the CRM system with deals, contracts and invoices.
We expect you to:
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a customer service manager, sales manager, or other position within the sales department;
- Successful sales experience;
- Experience in real estate or knowledge of Thai regions;
- English level: at least C1.
