Job Detail

Responsibilities:
-Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
-Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects at all stages.
-Analyze project documentation and calculate the costs of construction and installation work.
-Monitor compliance with cost estimates throughout the construction process.
-Track and analyze the consumption of construction materials and equipment.
-Communicate with contractors and suppliers to obtain commercial offers and negotiate terms.
-Prepare cost reporting documentation for company management.
-Participate in the development and optimization of the company's cost norms and standards.

Requirements:
-Higher education in construction, economics, or related fields.
-At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in international construction companies.
-Knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and technologies.
-Proficiency in specialized software for cost estimation (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
-Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
-Proficiency in English, sufficient for professional correspondence and communication with international colleagues.
-Strong communication skills, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
