- ดูแลและควบคุมการดำเนินงานของทุกแผนกในรีสอร์ท
- วางแผนงบประมาณและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย
- ประสานงานกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงและพนักงานเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล เช่น การจ้างงานและพัฒนาบุคลากร
- ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการบริการลูกค้า
- ดูแลการตลาดและประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและการเข้าพัก
- จัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ
