- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของแขก
- จัดการการเช็คเอาท์และตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่าย
- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของรีสอร์ท
- ตอบคำถามและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าพักของแขก
- รับจองห้องพักและจัดการการจองต่างๆ
- จัดการกับคำร้องขอพิเศษของแขก เช่น การจัดหารถรับส่ง
รักษามาตรฐานการบริการและการสื่อสารที่ดีกับแขก
- เสนอขายอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และบริการต่างๆให้กับแขกที่เข้าพักและแขกร้านอาหาร
